1. Use of the Application

Your participation in the auction constitutes your acceptance and commitment to all rules governing the use of the application and the services provided through it. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Participation Mechanism

● Participation fees are converted into a coupon within the application and can be used according to the specified validity terms.
● Participation in the auction does not guarantee that the auction will be awarded to you, as the product is granted to the user on whom the auction is awarded when the designated time ends.
● If the auction is awarded to you, you must complete the payment within 24 hours from the end of the auction.
● If payment is not completed within the specified period, the application has the right to cancel the result and re-list the product for auction.
● If you participate in an auction before its start time, you are fully responsible for tracking the auction start time. You are not entitled to cancel the participation or request a refund or transfer due to missing or forgetting the auction time.

3. Prohibited Conduct

● The use of any unauthorized software, tools, hacks, or any methods intended to manipulate the auction mechanism is strictly prohibited. If any suspicious or abnormal activity is detected, the application has the right to immediately suspend the account and cancel all associated auction entries without refunding any fees.
● If a user registers with an inappropriate, offensive, or unacceptable display name, the application reserves the right to cancel the user’s participation without refunding any fees.
● The application may take additional measures to maintain fairness and integrity within the auctions.

4. Payments and Coupons

● All participation fees are fully refunded in the form of a coupon within the application, which can be used for purchases according to the specified validity.
● Coupons are valid for a limited period. Failure to use a coupon within its validity period is considered a forfeiture of the coupon.
● If the auction is not awarded to you, you may use the coupon for purchases from the store during its validity.

5. Legal Responsibility

● The application is not responsible for any technical issues related to the device, internet, or network that may affect your participation in the auction.
● You agree that your use of the application is at your own responsibility, and that auction results are final and cannot be modified once the winner has been determined.

All content within the application, including text, designs, images, and branding, is owned or licensed by the application and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

The application reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the application or email.

1. الاستخدام

يُعد دخولك المزاد موافقة منك على الالتزام بجميع القواعد المنظمة لاستخدام التطبيق والخدمات المقدمة من خلاله، وتقر بأنك قرأت الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت عليها.

2. آلية المشاركة

•  رسوم المشاركة تُحوَّل إلى كوبون داخل التطبيق ويمكن استخدامه حسب شروط الصلاحية المحددة.
•  المشاركة في المزاد لا تضمن أن يرسو المزاد عليك، حيث يُمنح المنتج للعميل الذي رسا عليه المزاد عند انتهاء الوقت المحدد.
• في حال رسا عليك المزاد، يجب إتمام عملية الدفع خلال مدة أقصاها 24 ساعة من لحظة انتهاء المزاد.
• في حال عدم إتمام الدفع خلال المدة المحددة، يحق للتطبيق إلغاء نتيجة المزاد وإعادة طرح المنتج مرة أخرى.
• في حال مشاركتك في المزاد قبل موعد بدايته، فإنك تتحمل كامل المسؤولية في متابعة وقت بدء المزاد، ولا يحق لك المطالبة بإلغاء المشاركة أو استرجاع رسومها أو تحويلها لأي مزاد آخر بسبب عدم المتابعة أو نسيان وقت المزاد.

3. السلوك الممنوع

• يمنع استخدام أي برامج أو أدوات أو طرق غير مشروعة، أو أي محاولات للتلاعب بآلية المزايدة داخل التطبيق. وفي حال الاشتباه بوجود نشاط غير طبيعي أو استخدام برامج غير مصرح بها، يحق للتطبيق إيقاف الحساب فورًا، وإلغاء مشاركاته في المزادات دون استرجاع أي رسوم.
• في حال قيام المستخدم بتسجيل اسم غير لائق أو مخالف للآداب أو منافي للذوق العام، يحق للتطبيق إلغاء مشاركته مباشرة دون استرجاع الرسوم.
• يحق للتطبيق اتخاذ أي إجراءات إضافية لضمان عدالة ونزاهة المزادات.

4. المدفوعات والكوبونات

• جميع الرسوم المدفوعة للمشاركة تُسترد بالكامل على شكل كوبون داخل التطبيق، ويمكن استخدامه للشراء وفق شروط الصلاحية المحددة.
• الكوبونات صالحة لمدة محددة، ويُعد عدم استخدامها خلال المدة المحددة تنازلاً عنها.
•  في حال لم يرسُ المزاد عليك، يمكنك استخدام الكوبون للشراء من المتجر خلال فترة صلاحيته.

5. المسؤولية القانونية

• لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أعطال تقنية عامة في الإنترنت أو الجهاز أو الشبكة قد تؤثر على مشاركتك في المزاد.
• توافق على أن استخدامك للتطبيق يتم على مسؤوليتك الخاصة، وأن نتائج المزاد نهائية ولا يمكن تعديلها بعد الإعلان عن العميل الذي رسا عليه المزاد.

6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة داخل التطبيق، بما في ذلك النصوص والتصاميم والصور والهوية البصرية، مملوكة لنا أو مرخصة لنا، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.

7. التعديلات

يحق للتطبيق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات من خلال التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني
