1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering any auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions governing the use of the application and its services.
2. Auction Participation
- Upon joining an auction, you will receive a coupon within the application, which may be used subject to the applicable validity terms and conditions.
- Participation in an auction does not guarantee that you will win the auction. The product will be awarded to the highest bidder at the end of the auction.
- If you win the auction, you must complete the payment within 24 hours from the time the auction ends.
- If payment is not completed within the specified period, the application reserves the right to cancel the auction result and relist the product.
- If you join an auction before its scheduled start time, you are solely responsible for monitoring the auction's start time. You are not entitled to cancel your participation, request a refund of the participation fee, or transfer it to another auction due to failure to follow or remember the auction schedule.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- The use of any unauthorized software, automated tools, scripts, or any unlawful methods intended to manipulate the auction process is strictly prohibited.
- If suspicious activity or unauthorized software usage is detected, the application reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and cancel all auction participation without refund.
- If a user registers an inappropriate, offensive, or publicly unacceptable username, the application reserves the right to cancel the user's participation immediately without refund.
- The application reserves the right to take any additional measures necessary to ensure the fairness and integrity of all auctions.
4. Payments & Coupons
- Upon joining an auction, you will receive a coupon that can be used for purchases within the store, subject to the applicable validity terms.
- Coupons are valid for a limited period. Failure to use a coupon before its expiration date will be considered a forfeiture of that coupon.
- If you do not win the auction, you may use your coupon to purchase products from the store during its validity period.
- Product delivery takes 7 to 15 business days.
- If payment is made using bank cards (Visa or Mastercard), payment confirmation and shipping may take longer than other payment methods due to payment verification procedures.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any technical issues related to the internet, your device, or network that may affect your participation in an auction.
- You acknowledge that your use of the application is at your own risk, and that auction results are final and cannot be changed once the winning bidder has been announced.
6. Intellectual Property
All content displayed within the application, including but not limited to text, designs, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Amendments
The application reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the application or via email.
